Stacey’s Personal Training will be offering fitness orientations in the months of June and July for all 14 & 15-year-old residents who would like to use the fitness center.
The orientations are an hour long and cost $25 per resident. Cash, Check (payable to SPT) or PayPal payments (PayPal.Me/StaceysPT) are accepted.
To sign your child up for an orientation, please contact Stacey at firstname.lastname@example.org. There is a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 residents per orientation.

There will be no sessions offered in August or September. Sessions will be available in October and November.

Did you know we have yoga in the aerobics room every Saturday Morning? Its true, we do!
Meet Glenda Malewicki, our fabulous neighbor as well as our very own yoga instructor:
After 11 years practicing yoga Glenda decided to become a Certified Yoga Instructor and in 2012 and received a 200-hrHatha Yoga Teacher certification from Yoga Den in Jacksonville FL. She obtained a Yoga Teacher Certification 500-hr certification at Sampoorna Yoga in Goa, India in 2014. That same year she received a certification to teach Chair Yoga under the teachings of Lakshmi Voelker, creator of the renown yoga program "Lakshmi Voelker Chair Yoga" currently used by Mayo Clinic in their rehabilitation center and is used in the "Silver Sneakers Programs" around the country.
All studies have allowed me to design yoga classes tailored to the client needs, they are focused on gaining mobility, stability, balance and help them achieve their wellbeing goals. Additionally, I teach my clients breathing exercises to manage pain, so they can enjoy life. My approach to teaching is tailored to each individual need focusing on stretching, breathing techniques to decrease pain and manage stress. I teach a gentle style yoga as well as a more stamina and endurance class to build strength. I am also certified in Prenatal Yoga and CPR.
Join her on Saturday Mornings in the Aerobics room at 10am for some relaxing yoga.
Classes are $12 each or 6 classes for $60. She also does private sessions upon request.

FIT4MOM®, the country’s largest fitness program for moms and we are so excited to be offering Stroller Strides® classes at St. Johns Golf Country Club.
Stroller Strides® is a great way to get in shape, meet other moms, and have fun with your baby all at the same time. The classes are designed for all fitness levels and are taught by certified instructors (who are also moms).
Classes are offered every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 9:30-10:30am (meet at the basketball courts). Please bring sunscreen, water and towel or yoga mat. Membership fees are $65/month, 10-Class Pass for $120, or $15/drop in rate. All new members will receive a new members bag, which will include a green resistance band, along with other FIT4MOM items.
Stroller Strides® is a stroller-based fitness program designed for moms with little ones. Each 60-minute, total body workout incorporates power walking, strength, toning, songs and activities.
